We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with Cold Faith Co. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

Because our products are made to order (often through print-on-demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is significantly different from what was described
  • You received the wrong item

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return or report an issue, contact us at:

Include:

      •  Your order number

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • If eligible for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues (please check our size chart before purchasing)
  • Change of mind
  • Sale items
  • Personalized or custom-designed pieces

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your sizing and design selections before completing your purchase.
